以下の注意事項を必ず確認してから、予約を行ってください
◆ Once your reservation is completed, the details of your reservation will appear on the screen. Please make sure to check it.
予約が完了したら、予約システム画面上に予約内容詳細が表示されます。 必ず内容を確認してください。
◆ Within two days of your reservation , you will receive an email from the tutor, giving directions on how to meet on-line or face to face. Please be aware that your email address will be forwarded to your tutor.
予約完了後２日以内に、チューターから、受講の方法についての連絡メール（オンライン開催の場合はURL情報など含む）が届きます。メールアドレスを担当チューターに教えることとなりますが、ご了承ください。
◆ If you wish the tutor to review your reading or writing assignments, you must send it to the tutor by email 2 business days before the tutoring day.
リーディングやライティングなどの課題を確認してほしい場合は、必ず予約日の２営業日前までにチューターにデータを送ってください。
◆ All booking must be sent 3 business days prior to the tutoring date. No booking will be accepted at short notice.
予約は希望する日の３営業日前までに行ってください。当日、前日、前々日の予約を入れることは出来ません。
How to book
We use a reservation system called Picktime.

Access to [Reservation system] from the button below.
下記ボタンより【予約システム】にアクセスする。

Select subject (English or Japanese) you would like to study.
教えてほしい科目（英語 または 日本語）を選択する。

Select the tutor for your tutoring.
教えてほしいチューターを選択する。

Select date and time of class. （１hour/class）
受講日時を選択する。（１回１時間）

必要事項を記入し、【Book Appointment】ボタンを押し、予約する。
Fill in your information details and select the [Book Appointment] button to make your reservation.

予約が完了したら、画面上に予約内容詳細が出てくるので確認する。
Once you have completed your reservation, confirmation of your booking will appear on the screen.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will only be accepted 1 day in advance to your booking. To cancel, please email U-PASS (gk-iadkikaku@ml.u-fukui.ac.jp)
予約日の１日前までキャンセルが可能です。
予約をキャンセルする場合は、U-PASS予約専用アドレス(gk-iadkikaku@ml.u-fukui.ac.jp)にメールしてください。
预约日期可以取消到前一天。取消辅预约的时，请必须向到U-PASS预约专用电邮地址（gk-iadkikaku@ml.u-fukui.ac.jp）发送电邮。

If you fail to attend 3 of your tutoring sessions without notice, you will not be able to book future U-PASS tutoring.
事前連絡なしでキャンセルを３回した場合は、U-PASSの利用ができなくなります。
如果你在未事先通知的情况下取消3次的话，我们将禁止使用UPASS。

You can book a maximum of 3 tutoring sessions a week.
週に３回までチューターの予約をすることができます。
你可以每周三次预约辅导。
